Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization (JCAHO) Public Notice
St. James Healthcare is routinely surveyed and accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations requires that organizations communicate to the public that if members of the public have any quality of care or safety concerns, they should notify the Joint Commission. The purpose of the survey will be to evaluate the organization’s compliance with nationally established Joint Commission standards.
If you have a concern regarding patient care or safety, please notify your caregiver or any member of our management team. If you need immediate assistance after business hours, please contact the hospital operator who will connect you to the hospital nursing supervisor.
