St. James Healthcare Radiology Department offers inpatient and outpatient facilities designed to provide the highest quality imaging capabilities possible. With a staff of approximately 40, the department performs a variety of radiological services, which include CT bone densitometry, X-ray, CT scanning, fluoroscopy, MRI, mammography, nuclear medicine, ultrasound and stress echo cardiac imaging. Our nuclear medicine equipment offers CT fusion technique, which is a technology unavailable anywhere else in the region. The ultrasound department offers a wide variety of vascular exams by accredited Technologists.
St. James recently added PET/CT to its suite of Imaging Services. St. James Healthcare now has the latest, most advanced whole-body imaging technology with PET/CT, significantly enhancing our diagnostic services offered.
